In the beginning, there was Manchu (snow), then came the sun. Feeling the power and energy of the ignitor of life, from the Manchu came the flow and the ever mounting glorious glacial melts. Emanating from a gentle unassuming trickle, a soft and gentle flow is born, a mounting and downward flow, a wider one, careening around and caressing stones and rocks, continuing on, deciding it's course from moment to moment, coaxed into definitive grooves, and cajolled into regular and irregular patterns and undulations. There is flow, no plan, no foreseen future or preemption of a final goal. The birth of the sun, the sliver, the cusp, a crescent, a glow, a growing eminence, an ascending presence, becoming a descending one. With this birth, there is a new life force, a kinetic downward energy, a thriving, racing optimism. One creation then another and another and another. Life goes on, it is flowing and flourishing, with new dynamism, multiplicities and vivacities. New growths are set free, unfolding and forging ahead, onward, outward and upward, with great vigour and enthusiasm. With strength and warmth. Life = Water + Sun. Let there be flow, let there be life. Let there be no stagnation. Let there be flow. Let it go, let it flow, let it go, let it go.

Come and join me and celebrate this energy of life, at my next exhibition which is a salutation to the Sun. See this big blazing ball in all it's glory, glowing and growing with energy, power and vitality. Welcoming one and all to energy and light from 8th until 14th November 2019.

for Surya Namaskar Yoga (Asana) and Mantra community practice,
throughout the opening times of the exhibition,
9th-14th November, 10:00-17:00
open to anyone that would like to join as a beginner or a practising yogi.
